Terms of Service

A minute on the form is all it takes — and your binding flat rate, on paper, is back inside the hour

Within one business hour, our reply lands in your inbox. Free estimate, no obligation. Anything you send stays inside our Las Vegas office — we never hand it off.

These terms apply to your use of this website and the moving services PT Van Lines provides across Las Vegas and the state of Nevada. Requesting a quote or booking a move with us means you accept what follows.

Your quote and the flat rate

Every quote is built from the move details you give us — home size, floors, access, distance, and any specialty items. As long as those details hold up on move day, the written flat rate is the price you pay. If something material changes — noticeably more to carry, an address you didn’t mention, or access nobody flagged — we’ll put any adjustment in writing before the crew starts.

Deposit, dates, and changes

A $100 deposit reserves your date and crew and is then applied to your final bill. If you need to cancel or reschedule, tell us as early as you can so we can release the truck; with reasonable notice we can usually carry the deposit to a new date, while a last-minute cancellation may forfeit it, since the crew and truck were already held.

Coverage and claims

Released-value protection at $0.60 per pound comes standard, and full-value protection is available on request. Each shipment carries cargo coverage up to $1,000,000. If anything is lost or damaged, put it in writing to our office promptly and we’ll work to make it right.

What falls outside our liability

A few things sit beyond what we cover: items you didn’t disclose when we quoted, damage to cartons you packed yourself, and delays driven by extreme heat, monsoon weather, road conditions, or anything else beyond our control. Certain hazardous, perishable, or unusually high-value items can’t ride on our trucks, and we’ll point those out before move day.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Our in-state moves operate under Nevada Transportation Authority household-goods authority, and interstate moves run under our federal USDOT and MC authority.
