Packing handled by our crew, not a midnight scramble the night before
Of every stage in a move, packing is the one people most reliably misjudge. A three-bedroom in Henderson or a four-bedroom out in Enterprise holds far more than it looks like it should, and the night-before rush with grocery-store boxes is precisely how the good plates end up in pieces. PT Van Lines packs homes the way we move them — our own trained, uniformed crew, the right materials, and a method that survives a tile staircase, a long desert haul, and the heat in the trailer between here and the new place.
From Summerlin to Henderson, Las Vegas, NV movers prices the whole move as one written number you can hold us to.
The full house, or only the rooms that scare you
Some clients want every room boxed and labeled so they do not lift a thing. Others hand us the kitchen, the china hutch and the artwork — the breakables that eat the most time and cause the most worry — and pack their own closets. Either way the crew and the clock are the same, $159/hr or $219/hr, so you only pay for the work you actually want done.
Labeled so the unload knows where it is going
In a two-story stucco home, a box marked for the wrong room is a wasted trip up the tile stairs — and on a summer move day when the crew is beating the heat, there is no time to sort it out in the entry. We label room by room and keep an inventory, so the new place fills the way it should. If the move crosses the desert to another state, that labeled inventory rides with the same crew, so nothing gets lost on a 500-mile leg.
- We supply every carton, dish-pack, wardrobe box, sheet of paper, roll of bubble and length of tape — you source none of it
- Custom protection and crating for art, mirrors, electronics and stemware
- Heat-sensitive items packed and flagged for a padded, shaded spot in transit
- Add on unpacking at the far end and we will cart off the broken-down boxes too
- Coverage to $1,000,000 on the shipment, $0.60/lb released value standard, full-value optional
Let us know how much of it you want off your plate. We reserve both your pack and move dates on a $100 deposit, credited straight back at the end.
What’s included
- Trained, uniformed PT Van Lines packers boxing the whole house — or just the rooms you would rather not deal with yourself
- We bring all of it — cartons, dish-pack kits, wardrobe boxes, packing paper, bubble, tape — so you are never making a run to the store for supplies
- China, stemware, framed art, mirrors, TVs and electronics each get protection cut to the piece, with heat-prone items flagged for a shaded, padded spot on the truck
- Packing labor shares the move-day crew clock: $159 an hour fields two packers, $219 fields three
- A room-by-room labeled inventory so a multi-story unload in a Summerlin two-story or a Strip high-rise goes to the right floor the first time
- Per-shipment coverage to $1,000,000 with the $0.60-a-pound standard release, and you can add optional unpacking plus flattened-box haul-away
How we set the price
After a quick walkthrough or video estimate, we build a single flat rate off the inventory you actually own — no hourly clock anywhere in it. What that sheet reads is the full price, with nothing tacked on later.
