A few details on the first pass get the figure right without a second round: both addresses, how big each home is, the floor you’re on and whether there’s a freight elevator or only stairs, the date you’re aiming for, and any heavy outlier like a piano or a safe. Two notes shave time off a Vegas booking in particular. Where either end is a Strip high-rise that keeps a COI on file, flag it and Dana squares away the dock and elevator in advance; where there’s a gate, send the code along with any HOA move-in window.
One thing about summer: because crews start at dawn to stay in front of the heat, the sunrise slots are the first to go, so ask for one early. We work Monday through Saturday and take Sundays off, and a note left over the weekend gets a Monday answer anywhere across the Valley and Clark County.
