End to end, the Las Vegas Valley is our daily ground — one crew and one flat rate whether the job is a downtown studio or a house out near the Beltway. Dispatch threads around I-15, US-95, the 215, and the Spaghetti Bowl, and through summer the truck board is built backward from a dawn start so the loading finishes before the heat peaks.
To the south and east is Henderson, the Valley’s largest suburb, taking in Green Valley’s master-planned blocks and the 55-plus streets of Sun City Anthem. Up in the northwest, Summerlin sits against Red Rock — gated villages, Downtown Summerlin condos, Sun City Summerlin. We run the new-build subdivisions and oversized garages of North Las Vegas and Aliante; the condos and apartment complexes of Spring Valley down the Chinatown corridor on Spring Mountain Road; and across Paradise, the Strip-and-UNLV high-rises and one-beds where COIs and freight elevators come with the territory. Southwest takes in Enterprise, with the Mountain’s Edge and Southern Highlands tract homes, while the two-story stucco houses of Centennial Hills anchor the far northwest. Out toward Hoover Dam we cover Boulder City, the no-gaming town of older ranch homes and an easier pace.
